Passed away October 5, 2020. Loving mother of Vanessa Kelly. Cherished sister of Moses Chapman, Janice Shoals, and Hollace Agnew. Public viewing Wednesday, October 14, 2020 12pm-7pm at funeral home. Funeral service Thursday, October 15, 2020 12noon at the funeral home. Family will receive friends at 1130am.
