Ms. Lillie Joyce Jordan-Bargainer

Lillie J. Jordan Bargainer  “aka” Lillie Mama born January 27 ,1950 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to James Carr & Dorothy Young, granddaughter of Ezell & Velma Turner. Niece of James Turner, Octavia Cunningham, Jonetta Sherels. Sister of Carolyn & Henry Jr., Willie Royster and host of other Aunts and Uncles who proceeded her death. Three very special ladies Angelean Swanson, Jackie Jones & Barbara McGill also proceeded her in death.

Lillie came to Cleveland, Ohio at the early age of 2 in 1952. She attended Cleveland Public Schools and worked at the Salvation Army in addition to the homecare field. Lillie found freedom October 15, 1996 when she became a true member of Alcoholics Anonymous her home group was Friends of Glenville where she sponsored and co-sponsored with love. Lillie loved arts & crafts, but most of all she loved working anniversary’s, cooking, dancing and singing.

Lillie departed life April 24, 2016 at 11:35am. She leaves to mourn her passing husband Ernest Bargainer, five brothers Frederick (Greta) Royster, Calvin Young, Terry (Evelyn) Young, Larry Young, Michael Young and sister Gloria D. Thomas. Six children Deric (Tracy) Turner, Lashawn Turner, Joyce (Kelly) Turner, Tumika (Quadra) Jordan, Darnell (Eboni) Jordan & Darrell (Felicia) Jordan. Lillie also leaves 32 grandkids, 12 great grandkids and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral service Friday, April 29, 2016 12noon at funeral home. The family will receive friends at 11:30am. Burial following service at Cleveland Memorial Gardens. Public viewing Thursday, April 28, 2016 10am-7pm at funeral home.
