I am so sorry to read of your loss. I, too, have lost ones dear to me in death and found great comfort in the words of Jesus at John 11:11-14, where he likens death to being asleep and at John 5:28,29 – “All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” For more, type the following URLs into your browser to read or listen to the Bible’s answer to the question “Can the Dead Really Live Again?”: tinyurl.com/mezwv23 and tinyurl.com/jyp4yl4. Though the ones we love are gone, they will live on in our hearts. May you find strength and comfort through the pages of the Bible. There it reassures us that God will soon bring about a time on the earth when death will be no more. (Revelation 21:3,4)

    To family and friend’s,
I’m so sorry about the loss of your loved one. Death is not and never was God’s purpose for humans. That’s why he promises to resurrect all those who have fallen asleep in death. (John 5:28,29) (Acts 24:15)
I hope that reading these few scriptures will help you to find some comfort during your time of grief.
    Sincerely,
    Tami Ziegler

My sympathies for the family of Eleanor Scott, and so sorry for the pain you are feeling. We hope you find comfort in words of scripture at 1Corinthians 15:26 “And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.” This is God’s wonderful promise.

    Most Sincerely,

    J. Oliver
